A little background

About this space

I spend a lot of time thinking about how software works—and how it breaks. My work covers iOS, Android, backend systems, authentication, and security analysis. I like working close to the implementation: tracing a failure, understanding the boundary, and building a practical fix.

But work is only part of life. I also enjoy cooking, hiking, travel, photography, and following an interesting idea far enough to learn something new. This website gives all of that a home.

You'll find engineering writeups, project notes, personal journal entries, and occasional experiments here. It's a personal website, not a polished company pitch.

On the technical side

Mobile applications, secure communications, device integrity, APIs, reverse engineering, reliability, and the occasional rabbit hole.

Away from the screen

Food, the outdoors, new places, photography, reading, and whatever else turns into a story.
